Tara Zaksaite is a Research Associate in the True Potential Centre for Public Understanding of Finance, at the Open University. As part of an interdisciplinary team she is exploring an effectiveness of an intervention aimed to encourage people to save money, so that they can avoid debt in case of a financial emergency. Part of her PhD work explored the link between measures of creativity and learning about irrelevant information. Her research interests include attention, learning, reasoning, and decision-making.
Peter M. Jones

Peter Jones is a lecturer in Psychology at Plymouth University. His research examines mechanisms of learning, memory, and decision making in humans and other animals. He is particularly interested in the attribution of causality between events, and how multiple potential causes of an effect interact with one another in these judgments. He is also interested in how these ideas can be applied to practical problems such as navigation and the acquisition of food preferences.
Chris J. Mitchell
Plymouth University, UK
Chris Mitchell is a cognitive psychologist working in the areas of learning, memory and attention. His main research focus has been on the role of high-level cognitive processes in human associative learning. He has also published on perceptual learning and liking. His current research concerns human instrumental learning and Pavlovianinstrumental interactions.
